What sizes do you offer, and how can I find my correct size?
We offer a wide range of sizes from S to XL. To help you choose, please refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, you can contact us via WhatsApp or DMs with your measurements, and we’ll be happy to advise.
How can I be sure of the quality of the lingerie?
At Fenna Lingerie, we carefully select high-quality materials such as premium lace, soft microfibre, and elastic bands. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure durability, comfort, and a luxurious feel.
Is delivery discreet?
Yes. We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.
How long does delivery take in Morocco?
Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on your location, other countries will be between one week to two weeks.
Can I exchange or return lingerie if it doesn’t fit?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is wrong, the return should be in it's original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any items back.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to preserve delicate fabrics and elastics.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes! We provide cash on delivery (COD) throughout Morocco. You can also pay securely online via credit card or mobile payment.
How often do you release new collections?
We launch seasonal collections every few months, including exclusive limited-edition pieces. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be the first to know about new arrivals and restocks or sign up to our Newsletter.
How can I choose lingerie as a gift?
We recommend our Best Sellers. You can also request complimentary gift wrapping and a personalized message at checkout.
Is your lingerie suitable for everyday wear or just special occasions?
Our collections include both comfortable daily lingerie (soft bras, seamless panties) and special occasion sets (lace bodysuits, balconette bras). Each product description clearly mentions its recommended use so you can choose the right piece for your needs.
